This page explains how users can request account deletion and what happens to their data.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Open the app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm your request.
If you cannot access the app, contact support and include your registered email/phone number
so we can verify ownership and process the deletion request.
Data Deleted After Request
- Profile data (name, email address, phone number, address).
- Account identifiers linked to your account.
- App records associated with your account, including vehicle and service tracking records.
Data That May Be Retained
- Operational/security logs for fraud prevention and abuse detection.
- Records required to meet legal, financial, or regulatory obligations.
Retained records are limited to what is required and kept only for the required retention period.
Deletion Timeline
- Deletion requests are acknowledged immediately.
- Most requests are completed within 30 days.
- Where legally required, some records may be retained for up to 90 days or longer.
